You earn 5% of that task's value in Points, on their first 3 completed tasks.

Nadia orders a $500 website and it's completed.
Ali (referred Nadia directly, Level 1 from Nadia's perspective) earns $100 in Points (20% of $500).
Sara (Level 2 from Nadia's perspective) earns $50 in Points (10% of $500).
You (Level 3 from Nadia's perspective) earn $25 in Points (5% of $500).
This repeats for Nadia's first 3 completed tasks — after that, further tasks from Nadia no longer generate referral Points up the chain.
