New Request — where a project actually starts

Describe what you need in plain language — no forms, no jargon. An AI agent asks a few follow-up questions to pin down exactly what you're getting, then presents a clear, written summary for you to confirm before anything is charged.

• The agent confirms the exact scope and price based on what you describe — nothing is assumed
• Nothing starts until you've approved the scope in writing — this protects you from surprises and us from misunderstandings
• Once confirmed and paid, your project gets a name automatically and appears in My Projects
• Every finalized request also reaches a real person directly — while our automated project manager is still being perfected, a human confirms and oversees every task personally
